Jameson's Charhouse

I have been there several times over the years and I can honestly say that everything I had is always great. I like their burgers, filet mignon, chicken kabob, prime rib, fish, but my all time favorite is the London broil with rice, broccoli and extra mushroom gravy. If you go there on a Sunday you must have the cream of chicken soup. Update 01/07/2024 I'm sad to say that I can no longer recommend Jameson's Charhouse. It went from being my favorite place to my least favorite place. The new owners are destroying the business with all of their bad decisions and the direction they are taking the establishment. The London Broil used to be awesome, with a mushroom brown gravy, fluffy rice pilaf and broccoli.... Now it's higher priced, super salty brown gravy without mushrooms that resembles jello, rice pilaf that recembles rice pudding and no broccoli. I know times are tuff, but if you're charging premium prices, make sure you deliver a premium quality product. Our server was very nice, apologetic and on top of everything. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the kitchen staff and the new manager. What a huge disappointment to say the least. I also want to say that I have dealt with Katie for many years at Jameson's Charhouse and she was a phenomenal bar tender, wairess and always remembered exactly what you wanted, even if you didn't go for a month, or two. I personally think that whomever fired her made a huge mistake, I'm sure that with her charisma and professionalism, she'll have no problem finding another job in the restaurant industry. To the new management, wake up before is too late, please get it together. The last time I was here the bar was practically empty, and most of the restaurant tables were empty as well.

The food was very good. I should esspecially talk about the manager, Niko who was extremely nice and was very respectful to staff even for being for a new manager. But I am also happy that the bartender, Katie was fired. She would get drinks wrong. She should know that restaurant are supposed to be nice and clean but she was the opposite of that.

First time coming here. Our server was great. There is no music so you can hear everyone’s conversations. The food was mediocre at best, and very expensive. We ordered potato skins that lacked flavor. I ordered the filet mignon with peppercorn. The steak was overrun with full peppercorns. Full. Peppercorns. Covered in peppercorns. You could not taste the flavor of the steak. Thought it was cooked very well. We will definitely not come back.

They were a e is very accommodating for my group which is very large very slow to order. We were very much into celebrating somewhat of a family reunion. Every patient. Very nice, good food with a great time. You made our day Even though we closed he place. You really seem like you enjoy your job. That's so important and so nice to find

I went for a baby shower and the service was great! The waiters listened to you closely and they were very kind and polite. They also suggested options for us vegetarians. I did have the parmesan spinach Penne, that was great, I loved! And the way their tea comes out is pretty cool too! I done remember what th other dish was but I put a photo of it as well. We also had salad, yummy creamy dressing.

We are regular customer at Woodridge Jameson's and like this restaurant. This was our second year trying their Thanksgiving dinner. The service was outstanding like usual. The soup came out Luke worm. The dinner plate looked bare. There was noticeably less turkey on the plate than last year. The mashed potatoes had the potato skins in it,making it look like they mashed old baked potato's into it. The dressing was home made with large chunks of old bread. No vegetables and the whole dinner was just slightly worm. We will continue to visit this restaurant because it is our favorite restaurant in the neighborhood. In all the years we have dined there this is the only time we had less than outstanding experience. I hope management fine tunes their system to maintain the standards we have come to expect from our favorite restaurant.
